What data we collect and why
Contact and enquiries. When you contact us by email or phone, we may process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiries and, where relevant, to perform a contract (e.g. orders). Legal basis: consent (when you contact us) or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookie and consent data. When you use our cookie banner, we store your choice (e.g. "accept all" or "necessary only") so we can respect it on future visits. This may involve local storage or a first-party cookie. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in complying with cookie law (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Advertising and analytics. If we use Google Ads or similar advertising or analytics services, those providers may collect data (e.g. IP address, device information, usage data) as described in their privacy policies. We only allow such processing after you have given consent where required (e.g. in the EEA for personalised advertising). We do not sell your personal data. How long we keep data
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax or commercial retention in the Netherlands). Consent-based processing can be stopped at any time; we will then cease the processing that relied on consent and delete or anonymise the data where we have no other legal basis to keep it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, email, or if we use Google Ads/analytics) only to the extent needed for those services and under agreements that require them to protect your data. If those providers are outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as required by GDPR.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to: access your data (Art. 15); rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16); erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain cases (Art. 17); restriction of processing in certain cases (Art. 18); data portability where applicable (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21); withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3)); and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
