Consumer rights
As a consumer in the Netherlands and the European Union, you have statutory rights when you buy from us. This page summarises your right of withdrawal (Bedenktijd) and our refund obligations. For full legal requirements we refer to applicable Dutch and EU legislation (including the Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch implementation).
14-day Bedenktijd (right of withdrawal)
Under Dutch law you have a 14-day reflection period (Bedenktijd) to change your mind and return your order. You do not need to give a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods (or the last item in your order). To exercise this right you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the 14 days have passed. You can use a standard form or any clear statement. Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days unless we agree otherwise. Some products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (e.g. sealed goods that have been unsealed for hygiene or health reasons); we will inform you where this applies.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We will refund the full amount you paid for the returned goods, including the initial delivery costs when you return the entire order (as required by Dutch/EU law). If you only return part of the order, we may refund only the standard delivery costs for that part. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of return, as permitted by law. We do not charge you any fee for the refund.
How to return
Contact us to notify us of your withdrawal or return: request@slaxyronwyxarar.world or +31 20 765 7555. Our address: Slaxyronwyxarar.world, NDSM-Straat 7, 1033 SN Amsterdam, Netherlands. Send the product back unused and in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the law provides otherwise. We recommend using a traceable method. Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. unsealed consumables) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal; we will inform you before or at the time of purchase where this applies.
Other returns (outside Bedenktijd)
If the 14-day period has passed or the product is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission) still apply under Dutch and EU law. Contact us for any return or complaint and we will handle it in line with the law.
Online dispute resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers and traders in the EU. If you have a complaint and we have not been able to resolve it, you can submit it via the ODR platform. This does not affect your right to go to court or to use other out-of-court schemes.
